Hi, I am Katie Chancellor.

I’m proud to call East Tennessee home. I’m a wife, mama, cosmetologist, and a Real Estate Agent—and if there’s one thing I’ve learned through the years, it’s that I truly love working with people.

For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It’s about helping people through some of life’s biggest and most exciting changes. Whether you’re buying your first home, needing a little more room for your family, selling a home full of memories, or simply wondering where to start, I want to be someone you feel comfortable calling.

When I’m not busy helping clients, you can usually find me at the salon, spending time with my family, or exploring our beautiful state.
